Our leadership team comes from law enforcement and military backgrounds. We brought operational discipline to an industry that needed it. Since then, our first client is still on the books.
Today we operate across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nevada. Our team includes active-duty police officers. We provide executive protection for Fortune 10 leadership. We subcontract for national security brands. And we still answer the phone when you call.

20 years in security and law enforcement. Austin founded Fairline Security in 2015 because he knew what a properly run security company looked like and wasn't seeing enough of them.
Today Fairline operates across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nevada providing armed and unarmed guard services, hospital security, workplace violence response, weapons detection, executive protection, and large-scale event operations. Every person on shift goes through Fairline's own training program before they ever touch a post.
Austin also advises IMPACT Solutions on their next-generation defensive spray for law enforcement and runs a certified security training program for organizations building or sharpening their in-house security teams.
